SYNETIC.AI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of synthetic images and related services provided by Synetic.ai (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”). By placing an order, downloading, or using our images, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Images”: Synthetic visual data generated by Synetic.ai, including annotations and metadata.
  • “Annotations”: Segmentation masks provided with each Image.
  • “Metadata”: Data associated with the image, including occlusion percentages and generation parameters.
  • “Assets”: The procedural 3D models and rendering components used to generate the Images.

2. LICENSE

Upon payment, Synetic.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

  • Use the Images internally for AI model training, testing, and evaluation;
  • Retain the Images for future internal use.

You may not:

  • Distribute, sublicense, sell, or share the Images with third parties;
  • Use the Images for unlawful purposes or in a way that enables discriminatory AI applications.

3. OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in the Images, Assets, generation tools, and any intellectual property therein remain with Synetic.ai. You receive no ownership rights by purchasing or using the Images.

4. ORDER PARAMETERS

You may configure your order using the following optional parameters:

  • Camera Distance, Yaw, Pitch, Roll (min/max/step)
  • Number of class instances per image
  • Number of weather patterns
  • Number of random sun positions
  • Number of random materials

We may suggest recommended values, but final choices are yours.

5. DELIVERY

  • If your requested assets are already available, delivery is typically within 2 business days.
  • If new assets must be built, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

All deliveries include segmentation masks and occlusion metadata where applicable.

6. REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the Images and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. DISCLAIMER

The Images are provided “as is.” Synetic.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synetic.ai’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Images is limited to the amount paid by you for those Images. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. EXPORT CONTROLS

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Images in violation of U.S. export laws.

10. ETHICAL USE

You agree not to use the Images to build or train technologies that infringe on human rights or promote discriminatory or harmful outcomes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Images after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
